The Work I Do Most
Your portrait is doing a job for you on LinkedIn, on your company page, on a business card and in every proposal you send out. People decide how they feel about you before they read a word. That is a lot to ask of one photograph, and it is worth getting right.
A studio headshot session runs about an hour, and often less. We shoot, you sit down with me and pick your favorites right then, and I retouch them while you watch. The files are in your inbox before you leave. Nobody drives home wondering how they turned out.
You do not have to know how to pose or what to do with your hands. I have been lighting portraits for over thirty years and I will walk you through all of it. That part is my job, not yours.
Something My Website Does Not Tell You
This one has never made it onto my website, so most people have no idea I do it. I photograph corporate events all over the Dallas Fort Worth area, and I have been doing it for years.
I work the room quietly. You get the speaker at the podium, the handshake at the award table, the candid moments between sessions, and the group photograph that somebody always remembers to ask for five minutes before everyone leaves. I plan for that one ahead of time.
If you want headshots the same day, I can set up a small station off to the side and run people through it between sessions. It is a common request and it works well, because everyone is already dressed for it.
Half day and full day coverage, with edited files delivered on a schedule we agree on before the event.

Business is only half of it. The other half is the reason I opened the studio in 1992.

My wife Tana and I opened Innovative Images in Frisco in November of 1992 and moved the studio to McKinney in 2019. Photographing people consumes me entirely, and it has for over thirty years now. My dad told me once to do something I love because life is short, and this is what I picked.
What that means for you is simple. I know how to light a face, I know how to put somebody at ease who swears they are not photogenic, and I have done it enough times that the technical side stays out of the way. You get to relax and I will handle the rest.
